Luciana Warren

Luciana Warren has worked as a dedicated community advocate committed to creating opportunities for underserved and underprivileged youth. Through her work with Grace Consulting Group, she focused on helping young people overcome barriers by connecting them with mentorship, educational resources, and personal development opportunities.

Luciana is passionate about empowering youth to recognize their potential and build a path toward a successful future. Her work centers on supporting families and communities that face economic and social challenges, ensuring that children have access to guidance, encouragement, and the tools they need to thrive.

In addition to her work with Grace Consulting Group, Luciana served on the board of directors for the nonprofit organization Multiple Reasons, where she also contributed as a Project manager helping Myeloma patients better understand and cope with their diagnosis. She was instrumental in helping patients maneuver through the treatment process at Moffitt Cancer Center while also lending a hand with Support Groups. Her leadership and dedication reflect her deep commitment to strengthening communities and improving the lives of those who need support the most.
